Melissa Davis
CEO/President
As the owner, CEO, and President of MTA Melissa provides senior executive direction with strategic vision, planning, and financial execution. Melissa serves as a member on the Board of Directors for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
Bob Gordon, PMP
Vice President of Programs
Bob leads the company’s current Programs and assists with Business Development, Operations, and Employee Engagement activities. He is a retired Marine Corps Officer, is a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School, and serves on the board of a local non-profit that serves our military Veterans.
Matt Chalmers
Director of Operations
Matt oversees the company’s business operations of Information Technology (IT), Security, DFARS compliance, ISO certifications, Human Resources, and Contracting. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a retired US Army Veteran.
Rick Daschle
Program Manager
Rick provides program management for current prime contracts and subcontracts supporting the CCDEVCOM Aviation and Missile Center and the National Guard Bureau. He is a retired UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter Repairer.
Jason Langworthy
Business Development Manager
Jason helps lead the company Business Development (BD) efforts in marketing, networking, capture and proposal management functions. As an H-47 SME and US Army Veteran, his previous work as a Senior Analyst supporting Army Futures Command and AvMC reliability programs, provides corporate level expertise to propose work on multiple DoD aviation platforms.
Amber Montgomery, PMP
Business Development Capture Manager/Program Manager
As Capture Manager Amber aids in leading the company’s identification, development and securing of new business opportunities. In addition, she manages the Huntsville City Schools IT Support Services contract. Amber serves on the Board of Directors for the Schools Foundation, which advocates for Huntsville City, Madison City and Madison County public schools.
